Blooming tea is an art form of tea preparation in which tea leaves are tied with dried edible flowers in the shape of a ball.
When placed in hot water, the tea ball slowly opens as if blooming, revealing a flower inside. It's both a visual and sensorial experience.
Ingredients:
Chrysanthemum and jasmine flowers hand-wrapped in green tea leaves.
Allergens and intolerances:
May contain traces of gluten, egg, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, sesame seeds and sulfites.
Instructions for use:
Heat water (85–90°C, not boiling) and place a flower in your teapot or glass cup. Place your flower at the bottom of the teapot, add water little by little, and watch the magic happen: in 10–15 minutes, the flower will slowly open. You can reuse each flower up to 3 times in a single day.
